Actors
Actors can send a CV with a covering note to our Artistic Director, Tom Littler at primaveraproductions@hotmail.com. We don't have a company employed year-round; we cast all of our productions individually using Spotlight, so make sure your agent knows that you are interested in our work. Alternatively, pop along to one of our productions or our readings, and introduce yourself! Our work is sometimes quite particular: for the readings you need to have a real flair for sight-reading and often handling a very difficult text.
Designers and technicians
Stage managers, technicians, and designers for costumes, set, lighting and sound, are all welcome to email us directly with a covering note and a CV. Although we have a small team of associate designers, they can't do everything, and we're always interested in meeting new talent. We're a very collaborative team and we're sometimes (but not always) able to pay a fee. Email Tom Littler at primaveraproductions@hotmail.com.
Venues and producers
Other producers, production companies, and venues interested in working with us should email our Artistic Director, Tom Littler at primaveraproductions@hotmail.com. We are always interested in co-production opportunities and small-scale one-off projects for festivals, as well as our full-scale productions, and we are keen to expand our work on tour.
Supporters and angels
Primavera receives no public or Arts Council funding. We rely instead on the support of a handful of individual patrons and trusts. We are the only non-building based theatre company in London to specialise in producing revivals, and we believe our work in unearthing rediscoveries is very valuable. So do our Honorary Patrons: playwright and director Peter Gill; actresses Penelope Keith, Felicity Kendal and Diana Quick; and writer Peter Nichols.
